Kevin & Stephanie Marquard - Owners

Stephanie opened Kingwood Air Conditioning & Heating in October of 1982.  Since then, she and Kevin have ensured that the company focus is on taking care of our neighbors and community outreach.  They feel that the best part of Kingwood Air is its employees; “They are the backbone of our company!”
When Stephanie and Kevin aren’t working, they enjoy working out, eating healthy and traveling.  Between the two of them, they have 6 children and 6 grandchildren, with whom they spend as much time as possible.  

Sylvia G - Dispatch

Sylvia joined the Kingwood Air family in 1998!  At first, she cleaned the offices, but her potential was quickly realized and she moved up the ranks to become the best dispatcher we’ve ever had.  Her quick thinking and quality customer service help make the difficult job look easy.  She feels the best part about working here is that it’s a local company and close to home!
Sylvia likes to work out and play with her grandkids; a workout in of itself!  She has 3 children, Jason, Miranda and Trey and 6 grandchildren, 3 girls and 3 boys.  She also considers her pocket Yorkie, “Peppermint”, her fourth child. 

Vinh T - Lead Technician

Vinh has been in the business over 9 years.  He joined us in 2008 and quickly became our lead technician.  He appreciates our knowledgeable staff and prides himself on creating good relationships with our customers.  His strong work ethic and attention to detail makes him our most requested tech. 
Vinh moved here from Vietnam in 1992.  In 2003, he began HVAC school and has been finding ways to further his skill set ever since.  In his spare time, he enjoys drawing and spending time with his wife and 3 children.

Marian W - Office Manager

Being born to Stephanie in 1982, Marian literally grew up with the company.  She officially joined the team in 2012.  What does she feel is the best about working for Kingwood Air?  “My job is both challenging and rewarding.  The comradeship among my fellow employees is beyond compare.  Plus, I get to spoil Floppy the Warehouse Cat with belly rubs and Fancy Feast.” 
In her free-time, Marian enjoys attending festivals, concerts and traveling.

Jason M - Installer

Jason has been in HVAC for 15 years and rejoined our team in 2014.  He is one of our lead installers and admits he prefers to handle the more complicated elements of an install.  He enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Kristy and 3 children, Seth, Payton and Marin.  Family is important to Jason, which is why he likes the family atmosphere here, at Kingwood Air.

Ralph M - Technician

Ralph joined our team in 2019.  With his easy-going attitude and exceptional customer service, he has quickly become an asset.  His favorite part about working for Kingwood Air is that “it's close to home”!  If you live in Ralph's neighborhood, you'll see his holiday decorations. He and his neighbor join forces and light the street up! Ralph and his wife, Robin, just welcomed their first grandbaby in 2021.

Bob W - Comfort Specialist

Bob rejoined our team in 2016.  He previously worked for us from 2003 to 2010.  He helped to install many units in the service area when it was developing and has, on numerous recent occasions, revisited a home and realized he already knew the layout and placement of the system!  He’s been in sales for 18 years and says it was our customers and our comradery that brought him back to us. 
Bob has 2 boys, Bobby and Chris and enjoys BBQing, hanging by the pool and entertaining friends. 

Chris R - Technician

Chris began his journey in this business with us in 2014.  He specializes in drain lines and installations and feels that the best part of working for Kingwood Air is our caring bosses, the friendly atmosphere and the fellowship of our employees.  He is easily recognized by his bright smile and friendly attitude.
He enjoys wood working and spending time with his wife, Kristen, their 3 daughters, Kazmira, Kierra and Kylee and granddaughter, Ava. 

Bryan E - Equipment & Parts and Metal Shop Fabricator

Bryan joined the Kingwood Air family in 2016 and has been a Texas-sized asset to us ever since!  Coming from the oil industry, he really enjoys only working 5 days a week and having weekends free to fish and spend time with his wife, Kimberly and their children, Bradley and Lesleigh.
