Here at Kingwood, before we ever opened our doors or installed our first heating unit, we wrote a Mission Statement for our company. Our mission statement would help craft and mold our company and our employees into the caring, intelligent, capable and customer helping hard workers that we have come to pride ourselves on. To help our customers understand our Mission Statement and appreciate it in the way we do, we have included it here with the original in italics and our working interpretation of it that guides our daily operations.

We will provide unsurpassed customer service by empowering employees to satisfy the customer without compromise, and by delivering more than we promise.
Our customer service is our pride and joy, it is the standard by which we judge ourselves most harshly and the standard by which we strive to achieve the highest marks.
We will employ only the most competent people with high moral and ethical standards who desire to improve their lives through continuous learning and the opportunities that we offer.
Our employees must be held to the same standards of our customer service, if we cannot employee people who exemplify our mission statement and company goals in their work and work philosophy, then we cannot expect them to hold up our standards of customer serivce.
We will operate with impeccable integrity in all of our relationships with our employees, our customers, our suppliers and the communities in which we operate.
It is important that our same mantra of hard work and customer service extends to all the communities we count our company and employees a member of, we wish to only have Kingwood viewed in the highest regard by our peers and customers.
We will share our success and our resources with our neighbors being of service and contributing to the community however and wherever possible.
Our success should never be our own individual success. If our success does not enrich Kingwood’s communities, and the members of these communities, then we cannot view ourselves as having helped our customers and upheld our company beliefs.
